All about David Johnson - creator and driving force behind david j images...
David Johnson describes himself as an amatuer photographer. Although he sells his images, he does so not as his main source of income, and it is this that stops him from describing himself as a professional photographer. This self asserting status does not bely the fact the the images he takes are simply superb and when viewed in the flesh somehow have an extra dimension.
One day, maybe, the professional title will happen. But in the meantime he will continue to make images with his camera and equipment that will firstly, satisfy himself and his creative visions and secondly, share his images and visions.
His passion for photography encompasses the polar disciplines of landscape and motor sports - the contradiction in terms of available time in which to capture an image are seeminly at odds with each other. Lately he has also ventured into the world of more abstract images - particularly smoke art.
